Helping you to thrive.

Helping you to thrive.

The Dyson Institute is a challenging place to learn – you’re working on a robust academic degree alongside live Dyson projects, all-year-round. To help you make the most of this, we’ve put support services in place to ensure that everyone thrives in this unique environment.

The Student Support Advisor will support your health and wellbeing and will be your go-to aide to help you navigate through this new world. You will also be part of a Dyson Institute family and allocated ‘parents’ when you join – Undergraduate Engineers in the year above who will help you settle in and navigate The Dyson Institute across four years.

You’ll also have access to an accredited and experienced mental health support team to support your wellbeing. They can address a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, lifestyle, relationships and bereavement. And because we have such small cohorts, we can respond to individual needs.

Our academic support team also offers support for your workplace rotations and academic modules.
