Not many people can say they’ve dined with a perfectly restored English Electric Lightning jet suspended above their head. But Dyson employees admire this colossal design icon every time they visit the Lightning Café, while tucking into a selection of stone-baked pizzas, hot meals, salads, sandwiches and soups. All prepared under the supervision of our on-site Head Chef, Joe Croan – trained by Marco Pierre White. Both the Lightning and Concorde Cafés are overseen by Joe and are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving a variety of high-quality meals at subsidised prices. There is an emphasis on seasonality and locally-sourced ingredients.
